I love them. I went to GNC and bought some individual ones to try out different flavors before I ordered them in bulk on line. Glad I did so because there are some flavors I wouldn't want, while others I love.

I'm guessing there may be other moms in your community housing that find it hard to get their workout in due to watching their own kids. Is it possible to post a notice in your community center or a centralized location to take turns watching one another's child while the other goes to the gym--even if it's only two/three…

I tried a free sample once because a friend of mine is a distributor. I didn't care for the taste and the grit. But if you like it, and it's working for you, go for it. If you don't like the taste or the cost, I'd say food instead of drinking this daily shake. Whatever works for you.

Garbanzo beans, sliced almonds (the ones you would get in the baking section) and sometimes I use lowfat cottage cheese as my dressing. I did just find a yogurt based dressing though yesterday. It was in with the chilled dressings and lettuce. http://bolthouse.com/

Canned pears (rinse off the juice), scoop of grass food and 1/2 package of sugarfree jello if you want to add an additional flavor and/or it is good for your nails, teeth, hair etc.

Even when I was 120 pounds (120 pounds ago) a Lean Cuisine by itself would not hold me. Bulk it up with 1-2 cups of veggies or a 80 cal yogurt and a piece of fruit.

I had to use one in college because our water was bad at school. Buy a couple if you drink a lot and want it cold all the time...it has to be better than refilling jugs all the time, that is a pain. And...in the long run (well, probably even just a month's time) cheaper than buying bottled water.

My boyfriend and I did it this summer. During the first phase he lost 18 pounds. I only made it to day 10 and lost 8 pounds. It is a good diet if you can get over only eating poultry, eggs, tuna, white fish and turkey for protein during the first phase. Your only carbs are before 3pm and can only be eaten as certain fruits…
