It took you 5 months?? What the heck were you doing? What were you eating?? What was your exercise/workout regimen like?? I've been at 329 forever and can barely lose 10lbs in one month!
What's the details of your food/exercise plans??0 -
Outstanding job reaching your goal!! Be proud of your accomplishment! Also take pride in knowing that you are setting a great example for others that might be interested in the same kind of goals!0

That's an average of 1.25 lbs per week if we times 5 months by 4 weeks and then get 20 weeks and then divide his 100 lb loss by 20weeks it's 1.25lbs/week. That doesn't seem like something to harsh on?
Congratulations OP, I'm happy for you and would like to see you continue to the last few lbs you are working on. I looked at your profile pics and it's a huge difference and a HUGE accomplishment. I wish I'd had as great success as you but I've been on the try anything that comes across my attention span plan and so I've done enough tinkering to slow me down a little, plus I focused on building muscle from the get go, unsure whether to any effect yet, but I'll know soon enough when I get my body fat analysis going. We'll see then if that was a good starting goal and responsible for my slower loss.
Just know that someone out here who should be a jealaous hater for losing slower is not and is proud of your success and happy for you. YOU put in the hard work YOU deserve it!0 -
