  • Ok, Thank you to everyone that has replied. I will continue to burn the fat ie belly fat first and then take if from there. Im going to book another review at the gym this week and get a new routine in place for this as the old one is getting a bit stale now.
  • melzicious - No I have not gone to bulking yet. I dont want to get massive. but I do want some more muscle with definition.
  • Sheehycfc - Thank you. I will be honest and say Im very unsure about what I should be doing and best way. I want to build muscle, not get massive just want good lean muscle and I want to lose the fat on my belly. I know you cant spot burn but If I can see other changes elsewhere that gives me the push to keep going.
