Does anybody use the maximuscle promax diet? Looking for some feedback on your thoughts about it.
Im thinking of going to start taking the maximuscle promax diet shakes. I do want to get a bit bigger but at the moment I want to get some more muscle definition and this seems like the ideal one. But was just wondering if there are any others out on the market that are similar? Cheers
I'm doing cardio and strength training at the gym. After treadmill I feel I have no energy and don't put in 100% to everything else because I can't. So is there anything I could have before I go to the gym to help me put in maximum. I've already lost 28lbs. So
I'm in the UK. I'm thinking of taking protein shakes to help build muscle. It all seems a bit confusing about what shake will be the best. And then how much I should be.taking and when? As I say I'm in UK so any help on purchasing also would be.good.
I do shift work, Now my early shift is not to bad 7am-3:30pm but my late shift is 2:30pm-11pm Now I have lunch before I go to work. but then I have a tea break at 5pm and then we have a lunch (dinner) at 7:30pm but once this is done I still have 3 hours to go.
