I think not! In my opinion, binge eating is totally out of control eating...when you are clearly not hungry.

I struggle with the no eating after eight mostly because i am under my calorie goals at that time- so, as a result, I am truly hungry! Already at 64 oz. of water...NOW for the NOT eating after 8 p.m....That will be the challenge for me. Weekends are tricky but accountability helps. Keep it up, everyone.

Great group, Emily! I am totally controlled most days, exercise regularly, and drink plenty of water. But, because I tend to stay up late at nite, I totally blow it at nite and binge! At least 3 days per week. Despite this, I am reaching my goals but need to speed it up to reach my goals sooner. You can do it!

Try drinking a few large mugs of unsweetened herbal tea at nite. It really works for me! Sometimes I just sip on hot water with fresh squeezed lemon and stevia (a natural sweetner that has no carbs). Excellent goal! I'm in,too! I try to drink a large mug of herbal tea at around 7 pm to relax and as a signal to myself that eating time is over! Plus, you add to your water intake at the same time.
