I've done RI30 twice before :) I like it! I've gotten good results. This time around.. Try drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. I add a capfull of Miralax to mine as recommended by my Gyno. It works :)

i don't know for sure if sodium IS the cause but it seems to have a trend with the bloated feeling... so I would say, yes it does have a connection with water weight somehow. if you consume high sodium all the time, your body will probably adapt just like it does to workouts.. but yeah, I would suggest watching the sodium…

They sell it at Target Supercenter!!!! Love it.. tastes different and regular peanut butter is of course better but you get use to it. I love to use this in baking.

I'm in the same boat!!! I've found that eating good meals and getting lots of protein in is essential! If you get hungry for a snack, drink some water, if you're still hungry after that, have some protein bars on hand.
