Month at a time. But of course I'm doing set workout routines by Jillian Micheals' DVD's. I'm currently doing 2 programs. RI30 I do 5-6 times a week at night (or on a morning that I don't do YM) and YM I do every other day in the morning. Doing them back to back is harsh, but if I don't have time to split them up, it is…

Everybody has a cheat day once in a while, whether it's planned or not! 1 lb of fat = 3500 calories. You said you didn't even eat 2000.. that means you still had a calorie deficit and there's no way you could even gain 1 lb! :) If you see the scale move up, it's most likely water retention and will go away in a few days.…

Water retention to help repair muscles. No real gain of "weight".
-
Water retention, so yes the number on the scale will go up, but it's not real "weight" and will come off quickly after you stop.

I did 30DS last month, currently doing Ripped in 30 6 days/week and Yoga Meltdown every other day. *Have little over a week to go, then I'll do 6W6P :) Love Jillian workouts!

I've started looking at these too, haven't tried them yet though but I will soon

get your heart rate up and try to keep it up throughout your exercise.. cardio, cardio, cardio!

I just tell my boyfriend, "Please stop, I just can't", in a serious tone, whenever he offers me something bad for me over and over again and then starts putting it in my face. He stops right then. I think that it makes them feel better about their decisions if you also induldge. But you have to stand up for yourself and do…

Think of the amazing feeling you gain after you workout.. that's plenty of motivation for me.

err.. this doesn't sound good or appealing at all.. :( I would definitely give up on my healthy ways if I had to eat this.
-
I'm at 19% right now and am noticing abs! :)

Everything in moderation, never deprive! I'm definitely getting a gooooood workout in on Thanksgiving, doubt I'll do any on Christmas, but we usually don't have a big Christmas dinner anyway.. I'm thinking good Omelets in the morning and as usual throughout the day? Unless we go out somewhere. Who knows. We'll see!

Try Jillian Michael's workouts :) 30DS, RI30, Yoga Meltdown.. etc, etc.. she does a great job at toning you up in a short amount of time.. just 20-30 minutes a day with a good diet and you should see results!
-
also.. if you want chocolate milk that does good... try 8oz. 0% (skim) milk and 1 packet of carnation instant breakfast - no sugar added! It's 140 cal's altogether, has 13g protein, 4g fiber and low sodium without the sugar! It cures the sweet tooth and gives back to your body :) almost (if not) as good as a protein shake!…
-
I'm a fool for sweets too! I always make sure I have some calories saved to satisfy my sweet tooth since I don't want to feel like I'm depriving myself of anything! Just budget for a sweet treat! :) As long as it's within your daily goals, why not? ;)

Jillian definitely works, I lost 6 lbs during the 30DS plus a couple off the waist and hips while noticing very nice muscle definition.. didn't measure other areas. I'm currently doing her RI30 and Yoga Meltdown and looking forward to great results! Just keep it up. Usually your body retains water after workouts to help…

I do Jillian Michael's workouts. I've done and completed the 30DS.. around 27 minutes/day and just started Ripped in 30.. around 34 minutes/day along with Yoga Meltdown.. around 34/every other day. Not a lot of space required and not a lot of time, but GREAT results!
