I love throwing in brocoli slaw into my tossed salads for a great crunch!

I peel and freeze bananas. pull out one and add to protein powder, water and a spoon of peanut butter. Makes a very thick shake!

I finally admitted that if I was going to do it I had to go to the gym before the day started. It stinks but I am out the door at 5 am. get home at 630 and get the family up. I feel so good it is worth it!

I use the wal-mart brand and use on drink tube in a pitcher of water. just enough to keep it from tasting like water and much cheaper!

I add about a tablespoon of sugar free / fat free pudding mix. really thick. all flavors are great!
