Just make sure you get one that is enteric coated so you don't get "fish burps"! I take mine at bedtime to decrease as well.

Buffalo Chicken chicken breasts dry ranch dressing mix franks red hot sauce for buffalo wings combine and cook all day, shred and use for wraps! My kids love! Chicken and Noodles chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup. cook all day shred chicken and add cooked pasta, heat thru.

I have been getting up at 4:50 every morning to get exercise in. Having a partner made it much easier to drag out on those mornings I want to sleep. I make myself go to bed between 8:30 and 9 every night. I was told I would be diabetic if I didn't get the weight off so that was enough to make me turn off the TV at night…

I too use crystal light (walmart alternative) but only put in part of a packet in my 20 oz water bottle. makes it taste great, but stretches it out.

Fun friday question! I wear cotton undies. Had a hysterical incident a few weeks ago that might have turned me into a commando girl... was doing squats and my now too big undies starting sliding down inside my pants! Had to dash to the locker room and readjust. Needless to say in the trash they went. time to buy smaller…
