Thanks for your help! I drank significantly more water yesterday than the previous. Could this have caused the weight to increase showing a decrease in fat percentage?

Went for a 4K run when I really didn't want to. Booked onto a gourmet food and wine night and I don't feel bad about it.

I normally find the worst case scenario in the data base then log that. That way what you've eaten is unlikely to be worst, and if its better than that's just a bonus. Or if they are freshly baked (not prepacked) you can just add a standard cupcake recipe into the recipe function. But this way is a bit of a risk.
