  • I know only 900 calories is not good for you when it comes to eating i always used to think less is more, i used to eat about only 500 calories a day and its hard to break the habit i've been just gradually increasing how much i eat i will try to make it to 1,200 today! :)
  • Thank you so much everyone for your suggestions, and i don't think its a high amount of sodium or too many calories this whole week i have been very careful about what i eat. i actually find it pretty hard for me to eat over 900 calories. And i try not to weigh myself everyday but its just become such a habit I've lost 20…
