  • I'm totally trying this after my recent gain of almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks that were extremly hard to lose in the first place! Week 1: Weekly Goal: 3000 Mon: calories burned (how they were burned) Tues: calories burned (how they were burned) Wed: calories burned (how they were burned) Thur: calories burned (how they were…
  • I use Body Fortress products which I really like. I buy mine at Wal-Mart but I am sure you can find it online. It is inexpensive and has a very good flavor. For me I went through about 3 brands before finding this one because I wasn't too keen on the flavors.
  • Tatu is still around I think lol
  • This is good to know as I have a very old food scale and have been contemplating a new one. Thanks! :)
  • Okay so originally I thought I'd have to post tomorrow that I was done but....I'm done!!!!! So proud of myself 100 squats done periodically over a few hours it's actually not that bad :)
  • I'm in. I always see these mini challenges and it's time I start trying some! Only problem I won't be able to post that I've completed until tomorrow as my home computer is broken and I currently only have access at work. 100 Squats here I come!
  • 209 and still going strong! :drinker:
  • I have a similar issue with a brand new scale! Also, I've noticed if I weigh myself every day it gives me the same number, and I know full well I have lost weight. When that happens I pick up a 5 lb weight and hold it while I step on the scale so it changes the number then step on again without the weight and it gives me…
  • Deff. a bikini and a cute crop top without the shirt underneath. Also maybe some cute tanks without another tank underneath.
  • Homemade hamburgers topped with chipoltle gouda cheese :) mmmmmm
  • I will have to try the bleu cheese as I often use it or gorgonzola in my salads. The thousand island has a good flavor but so far the garlic parmesan is my favorite! It's a yummy caesar dressing great with the grilled chicken I sometimes add in.
  • I agree with the kitchen scale. Mine is ancient and still works like a dream I love it! Baby carrots are usually between 10-12 for 3 oz. Good luck
  • I haven't had Taco Bell in forever! At least 6 months and I used to eat it every other day when I was heavy.
  • Carbs and ice cream. Those *****es are out to get me I swear!
  • I am a nosey grocery shopper lol but not so much with other peoples carts. I tend to stare (I can't even lie it's not a peek lol) at the peoples food who are checking out in front of me and deciding if my cart looks as good/bad as theirs does. But when I cart creep I do get good dinner ideas sometimes or new veggie ideas…
  • 236 sticks of butter for me...whoa!!!!!! I don't believe it :noway:
  • My "Happy Weight" is more then my goal weight. It comes out to 154 and I currently weigh 152 and my goal is 150 lol. I must say I've been pretty happy with my weight since I was 160 so I'm glad my happy weight is a good number :)
  • I don't log if I sneak a bite of something but I do keep it in mind so when I exercise later I can add an extra few minutes to whatever my workout may be so either way I feel good. I feel good that I had a devious sneaky bite of a fry or cookie or chocolate and then later I feel good that I worked out because I enjoy…

  • SHOPPING! Because I tend to be a typical girl in that sense and Pretty Little Liars (the books and the show. I'm 25 and therefore too old to be reading/watching but it's SO GOOD!) :blushing:
  • I logged mine under "aerobics-general" when I did it because I followed the easier routine first time around until my stamina built up more. I plan on doing the 30 DS again in a few weeks and so long as I can keep up with it I will log as circuit training. I feel like personally, for me, this helps me be more honest with…
  • I agree with you! I used to do cardio like religiously! Hiking allllll the time and it got so boring. I still hike almost every day for the simple fact that I enjoy the nature and the trails near my house but I added some strength training and it really does help make cardio easier. It also helps me not give up because I…
  • Anything that makes me angry lol. RAMMSTEIN is one of my favs but I also like techno type stuff as well as long as the tempo is upbeat and hard!
  • Yes this one is delicious and you can't beat the price! I buy mine at wal mart as well.
  • First off I want to say...it's your body! You should appreciate your familys opinions but at the end of the day do what you feel is best for YOU! That said: I am 5'9 and weight 159. I have not been this thin since I was 14 (I am 25). I am not so concerned about the number on the scale anymore just as long as it doesn't…
  • I try to still eat a lot of what I like, but in moderation. I almost NEVER eat fast food anymore or out at chain restaurants. Those things are like special "treats" to me and if I do eat at those places I look up the calories before hand and do my best to fit it into my calories for the day. Also as far as fast food goes I…
  • I can't find it ANYWHERE!!! Blonde moment but is it just listed as "spaghetti squash"?
  • I buy mine when they are greenish brown so they are hard but just about to turn. I store mine in the fridge because they seem to last longer and I enjoy them much better cold. I use them on sandwiches for lunch and breakfast, in salads, by themselves as a snack. My boyfriends fav dinner I make is grilled chicken topped…

  • I just started 30 day shred yesterday so this gives me motivation to finish that...i'm in!
  • Agreed! I finally noticed today actually that although the scale hasnt changed much for me in the past two weeks, my pants have! They literally almost fell right off! To me that meant more then the scale number. Keep up the hard work you'll do great :flowerforyou:
