I love Ground turkey & have been using it for years... But I just found some new recipes on here.. Thanks everyone for sharing... I use it in goulash, spaghetti, chili & even my corn chowder soup.. I feel your pain.. I to have knee issues.. It has gotten worse since losing weight (go figure that one).. But I refuse to give up.. I was up to about a 2-liter of Caffiene free Diet Pepsi a day before I started here on MFP back in January. I am down to drinking 10-12 cups of plain water a day & maybe a glass of my diet pepsi a day.. I used the wylers pink lemonade flavor pouches in the beginning to help me get used to water.. I feel so much better…

I was drinking about 1 two liter a day of diet pepsi and days more.... I cut back to about maybe 2 glasses a day & the rest is water.. I craved food alot more when I used to drink more pop...
