I know toning is also supposed to help. As for loosing weight to fast that's a main factor why I've stayed away from Atkins and Gastric Bypass due to the rapid weight loss. There are other factors I've stayed away, but that's a whole other thread for me to rant about lol.

I did the original Firm workouts when they first came out and loved them, but they are all on VHS, need to get the DVD versions. I haven't tried the Firm Express workouts, but one of the trainers for Firm Express, Kelsie, teaches kickboxing at the studio I go to and she is amazing.

The only thing that makes it seem unhealthy to me is the sodium. Ham especially if it's lunch meat style is very high in sodium. Other then that sounds yummy, I would try it myself if I liked ham.

You can have body confidence without wearing revealing clothing. If you truly have confidence in how you look it will show through body language and not how much leg or cleavage you show. At the same time if you have worked hard and reached your goals there is nothing wrong with wanting to show off your new amazing body.

A lot of people on here do do Zumba including myself, but it seems a lot do the actual classes. If the total body pack includes the weights I say go for it.
