I admire the dedication and hard work it takes to get one. It is not a goal for me personally. I prefer toned abs that are flat without being too ripped for a girl. For a guy however V's are very hot

So nice to see what other girls this size has for goals. @healthbunny our measurements are so close it's scary! lol. I've changed my mind again, I wouldn't mind another inch off my waist but I might keep my hips/ butt if I can :P (It's the way I'm genetically built, I have always been very pear shaped).

Good job hun! That's fantastic! My hardest spot to lose from is my bum (pretty obvious if you look at my progress pics hehe).

How much/ how often are you working out? How have your measurements been doing? Did they go up or down with this weight gain? Did you weigh yourself at the same time of day both times? Without more info no one can give you a good answer on what to do. My *guess* is that since you are small like me and within 15 pounds of…

I work in the field. Does this mean you're scare of me? haha. Intravenous sedation will be just like having a dream. Most people wake up and don't remember anything. That being said, some people do. Most people will tell you that the sedation is awesome stuff and the extractions are not so bad. Good luck, you'll do fine :)…

Amazing transformation! You're looking great!

Thanks for the responses girls! Here is where I currently sit Waist: 27 inches Hips: 36 (I have always had a pear shape/ bubble bum) Chest: 34 C Thighs: 20.5 inches I'm thinking maybe 1-2 more inches off waist/ hips and hopefully keeping the same bra size.

Sitting down and not having a little roll hanging on the edge of my pants :embarassed: So glad the days of pulling up the pants a bit are over!

I ate an entire bag of cheetos (personal size) and the next morning weighed myself and I was down an inch. Don't sweat it we all need a "cheat day" every now and then :)

Add me to the list

I tell them I haven't weighed myself in almost 3 years (the truth) but I'm probably close to 130 (also the truth). I then ask them how much they weigh

That's a really great loss so far! Don't forget to measure your inches. You may be surprised that although the scale may not move some weeks the inches will. For me (and everyone's different! ) they are the best measure because they seem to be the most consistent (especially if you're exercising). Good luck and keep at it…

Big difference! I need to do the same, keep up the good work!

I hit a month long plateau, upped my calories and BAM! lost an inch on my waist and thighs in 6 days. I'm a believer :)

Not many ppl know that I can jiggle my eyes and learned how to do it after seeing Rosie O'Donnell do it on tv in the 5th grade

You are absolutely correct. I wasn't gonna go into the details but this is a good summary :)

Yaz users are at an even more increased risk for stroke than other birth controls on the market due to the fact that they use a different chemical (drospirenone) in them. There's currently a lawsuit against the company for not only stroke/ blod clots victims but for over a thousand ppl who ended up with gallbladder surgery…

I would like to meet some of my friends :) Haven't found anyone who lives close enough yet

If she's in Canada (like I am) she is perfectly fine to drink as much as she wants as it is legal here to drink at 19 (and in many other countries too :O)

This happened to me and I upped my calories from 1280 to around 1400-1500. If you're within 10 pounds of your ideal weight it's best to eat close to your BMR. Opening up your diary wouldn't be a bad idea either :)

I shrunk a bit, went from a 36 full C to a 34C, depending on how the next couple months go (maybe 5 more pounds to lose) I could end up a B. The only part that depresses me is paying for new bras, they are so friggin expensive! lol

Sure, why not? If you're on here we already have at least one similar interest. Saw someone else do this haha <single

Anyone else? :)

I was a big believer in cardio until I started lifting. I get MUCH more of a work out and sweat on COMBINING my cardio and lifting than doing either alone. My body fat is somewhere around 18% (it used to be around 22-23% doing cardio). My theory on this is that my body became so conditioned from running outdoors that it no…

I aim for between 1400-1500 a day plus my exercise calories :)

I noticed it off my chest first (I think my boobs shrunk) and then my waist and finally my butt.

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/weight-loss-plateau/MY01152/NSECTIONGROUP=2 This specifically states that your diet should not go below 1200 calories, it is unsustainable and will cause you to regain the weight lost and more. Ewww...who wants that lol It's an article done by the mayo clinic.

wowzers! big difference!

I don't think you were wrong, I agreed. :flowerforyou:
