Turmeric and garlic are good for inflammation. Dairy and gluten can be culprits in terms of causing it (at least for me).

I have actually just started a Candida diet. I think I vastly underestimated how this may have caused some of my weight gain. I’m taking a few natural supplements and cutting carbs/ sugar. I can let you know how it goes if you’re interested (I don’t sell anything I promise). Haha

Happened to me once. Went to a Physio. From what I remember she kind of gently massaged it out and I believe there may have been a heating pad involved too. Took multiple visits. Good luck with your healing!

Just ordered clothing a size smaller than what I’ve been wearing and my old coat fits again so I don’t need to buy a new winter coat which I thought I was going to need.

I have had to cut out gluten this past year and I find most of the alternative gluten free foods seem to be almost double the calories. Have you thought about what items have replaced the whites in your diet and how the calorie count from that may be affecting things? Just a thought!

My biggest accomplishments this year: 1) Lost 12 pounds (started last January) and kept it off. 2) Currently in a size 2 :) 3) Lost 6 inches off my waist 4) Did my first pull up 5) Felt proud of my body!!! For 2013 May drop another 5-8 pounds.

Like someone else as many as it takes! I tend to stick to lower calorie drink options but given that I managed to stay at my goal weight from last year I'm going all out. It's only 1 night so you may as well have fun!

I had someone bail on a date last week. It's never a good feeling. I've had a much nicer guy message me since then. In regards to online/ offline cancellations I have NEVER been stood up for a date that was happening "offline" with someone. The only times this has happened were when I met the guy online.

If she's not in the middle of a hard core work then why not? Definitely read her body language first though. It can be a big indicator of whether or not she wants you to strike up a conversation. Start with small talk and if she's interested she'll keep talking. Personally I wouldn't mind :)
