I've gone from not giving a @#$% about my nutrition to being carb-obsessed and Paleo-fixated to being anything goes as long as I maintain a deficit.

It's all good and a learning experience in the end.

    2012 ... It was fun :)

What a great New Year's Eve read...well done all!

    Here was my 2012~
    1. Maintained my 50 pound weight loss from the year before.
    2. Ran my first 5K in January, followed by many more throughout the year including a 5 mile trail run for our 26th anniversary :)
    3. Found my way into the free weight section of the gym and completed NROLFW (although it did take 10 months, haha)
    4. Read through the entire Bible; just finished about an hour ago.
    5. Became debt free, except the mortgage, but it is next!

And what is 2013 going to bring?

Not sure, but having success in one area of my life certainly gave me confidence and determination to tackle other problems head on.
