Vegan diets don't have to be high in soy products, either. There are lots of other alternatives to meat and dairy.

I wish i had gone vegan when i was 14. My nutrition as a teenager was terrible.

I think the sugar limit on here is absurd. I avoid added sugars, but I wouldn't worry about eating too much fruit.
