Feel free to add me. I've used MFP for years. Retired early June and gained about 10 pounds - stopped using MFP. About a month ago I started again and have lost 5.5 lb in 4 weeks - now 14 to lose to get back to goal weight. I would like friends and accountability and support also. Good luck! Tom

I'm no psychologist, but maybe, since you're so close to your goal, you are "rewarding" yourself with chocolate. Try convincing yourself "chocolate is poison to my healthy, weight loss goals". FWIW Tom
