I love mine - the fries are nice and crispy with only a little oil...Not exactly like deep fried fries, but yummy. Very good for vegetables too....

I have two problems with this menu - where is the protein?? With that much carbs, and so little fat, keeping to tiny portions sounds like a problem....BTW, your stomach don't shrink... Secondly, you need to try and preserve muscle mass while losing fat - with that little protein, it would be even harder than usual.....

Fitbit zip - I had one for the last three years and it still works...Clip it to my pocket, belt, bra - depending on what I wear. You do get wristbands that you can keep them in - I just don't like wearing anything on my arms....

Do you get coffee breaks and a lunch break? When I don't work out over lunch I go for a walk - can easily get 6000-7000 steps in in a 40 min walk.... Same with coffee breaks - have coffee at my desk while Im working and walk for 15 minutes.....

You are overthinking things...... Talk to your dr if you are worried about BP, drink water when you are thirsty and stop looking at your pee and counting how many times a day you do that......It's really not that important and it is a little weird.

I always use gloves - cast iron kettlebells tend to have rough spots.... Got some Nike lifting gloves - men's, as the gloves made for females are ridiculously flimsy for some silly reason....

Why are there always people hijacking a thread with their "superior" knowledge, instead of answering the OP's question..... OP, cheese, boiled egg, a few almonds, fruit cups in water instead of in syrup, a square of dark chocolate instead of a milk chocolate bar, and so on.....

Did you lose weight? My jeans are always a bit shorter if I gain a few extra pounds, and return to their usual length when I lose it again.....

I've started with a ten and 15 - now using 25- 36lbs.... You do not use arm strength for kettlebell swings - you use your core. The average female can easily start off with a 15lbs kettlebell and mayby a 10lbs for anything involving arms. You will not build strength in your arms if you keep using 3 and 5 lbs.....

Your height and weight and eating 2000 calories does not sound like weight loss, rather maintenance...I would not eat every calorie from walking back - rather set your day to moderately active and don't eat it back. Fitbit and others are never accurate and overestimate calories burn for walking easily....

Firstly - do the obvious, weigh and measure everything, log everything. Second, you are female and in your 50's - I am close to that....Start lifting weights - real weights, not 2lb pink ones....It changed everything for me....

I never knew you have to wait until you stink to shower....... :s And OP, there are a LOT of good lotions and conditioners that will protect and moisturise your skin and hair - Unless you have a serious skin condition, it is very common to shower once or even twice a day....
