Side effects for me are minimal - some constipation (my own fault as I had too little fibre) and a loss of appetite - whick is the whole idea. More side effects are lower BP, regulated sugar in the normal levels and weight loss. The side effects of exercising and not overeating for me was getting fitter, a slight lowering…

OK, now been on this for just over 9 weeks. Was prescribed for pre-diabetes. Almost 54 and post menopausal, which was when my struggle with losing weight started in all earnest. Sugar is down to a normal level, I lost 17lbs so far, eating around 1200-1500 calories a day. Moderate workouts (kettlebells ) for 30 mins three…

Oh my...Are you a doctor? If not, maybe stick to nutrition and kickboxing - you have no idea why people ae being prescribed this drug...

What did you expect? There is no secret, other than you have to get into the habit of doing it. And to form a habit, you need to consistently do something. Set your alarm, get your workout stuff ready the night before, set the coffee machine, whatever you need.. You are not all of a sudden going to find a magic…

Sounds like you are looking for a reason not to start exercise now....Exercise will burn more calories, you will look better than when you are losing weight without exercise, you will feel better and it will be better for your health... Eat enough to sustain your body while exercising, find something you like and stop…

Apricot seeds and omega 3-6-9 is fat, so track the calories in those, but unless you are taking LOTS, it can't be blamed for a 2lbs gain....Normal water weigh fluctuations probably.....

If it is only today, let go and don't eat. If it is every day, how did you get overweight then?
-
So you lost inches, your clothes fit better, you work out and your muscles "look" better - why is the number on the scale an issue? Is your weight tattooed on your forehead?

Ideal arms for what? A Barbie doll, a bodybuilder, a monkey? Your arms is part of your genetic make-up - it will not be the same as someone else's.....

Ok, even though it is probably NOT what you want to hear - your weight gain has nothing to do with gluten free or substitutions - it has to do with you moving less and eating more calories. You look very young - you need to be able to do more than see folding laundry and cleaning and shopping as exercise. Everyday chores…

Trekz Titanium - bone conduction Bluetooth headphones. Don't go into your ear but sits on the bone in front of it. I've done kettlebell workouts, weights, cardio, plyo and running with it - does not move, fall out due to sweating or has wires that tangles, and has the added bonus of hearing what is going on around you…

Nobody can say what your body will do and at what rate you will lose the weight.... With only 25 lbs to go, I would focus on fitness gains rater than trying to put a timeline on losing weight. It is never a good idea, as weight loss is NOT linear.....

Coffee, I eat something after....

Did you gain a quarter of your bodyweight in five months? As said above, possible, yes, healthy no, and you will probably gain it back with interest in a very short time....

Premier Protein shakes from Costco.....

How much are you eating? It is still very much possible to eat more calories than what you burn, even while on medication. How many calories are you eating, and what is your MFP allowance? You lost 3.2 kg - comes down to 1.5kg per week, which is normal for the first two weeks ..... Not sure what you were expecting?

It works very well for heartburn, and is yummy when used to make pulled pork, but other than that, nope.....

Weight loss is not linear, it will happen when it happens. You can trust it once your clothes fit better......

Yeah right, you are a special snowflake......Good luck, you are going to need it.....

Not everything in life is fun - sometimes you just have to do it. Get a variety of workout dvd's and find something a little more interesting than jogging in place - that will drive me nuts. Rather go jog in the park or do something else. And stop trying to find friends to do this - it is your body and your health - you…

It is a preference - we all do what we like....I like having snacks on weekdays, but eat only two or three meals on weekends...No laws - just whatever works for you....

Vancouver Canada - three adults and a small dog - spend about $450 bi-weekly on everything, including toiletries, cleaning products and dog food.... Red meat is getting ridiculously expensive for some weird reason. Mostly packs prepped lunches & breakfasts for two of us - kiddo works at a restaurant and gets a free lunch.

It's my meal, I will call it whatever I want....

I can lift like a construction worker, but that doesn't mean my hands have to look like that of a construction worker..... Gloves, I like having soft hands.....

No it does not.....at all, not more than taking a hot bath or sitting in the sun does. Don't log it, unless you log every hot bath you take

Not HIIT..... But OK to do after lifting...

Please go get some help - you have self esteem issues, and even if you lose a lot of weight and wear a size 0, you will still have issues and not be happy if you don't get some help....

Not eating enough or simply working out harder and more than what your current fitness level allows.... When I was a police recruit, fainting/puking was not uncommon, simply due to the effort and prolonged intense exercise... And we definitely ate enough...
