You don't need anything special - as long as your GP is happy with your health and program, you can use this like anybody else of any age.....

There is a load of home based dvd's out there - some requires dumbells, some don't.... Youtube is your friend....Or look on amazon. Beachbody has good programs (I LOVE P(90X and a few others) but don't fall for their magic shakes and coaches, just get the dvd's.....

Whichever you prefer - why should there be a rule?
-
Why are you trying to starve yourself?

Go to a speciality store and try on different shoes - what works for one person might not work for your feet...

Weight loss is not linear and your body does not work according to a weekly calendar.....
-
Because no matter how long you debate - facts still win....
-
Why does it matter what you think? Facts win - opinions are common.....
-
It's been a week....ONE WEEK! Your body does not work according to your calendar and weight loss is not linear. You lost 5 pounds in four weeks - I do not see a problem.....
-
Forget about the scale, you do not walk around with your weight tattooed on your forehead, do you? Take measurements and try on the same pair of pants once a week - much better progress and less uncertainty if your weight fluctuates.....

Why do you want to buy it online if your Doctor did not prescribe it???? It is a dangerous drug!!!
-
It is not a doctor's job "to build people up" it is their job to notice bodily changes that might influence health.....

You can eat less during the day to save some calories, and definitely log it.....A 5 ounce glass of Merlot contains between 100 and 120 calories - so it adds up very quicly.....

Get up at 4:30, work out for 45 minutes, shower and get ready - take dog for 10 min walk, then an hour's drive. I get up every hour or so - go to the washroom, refill water bottle. Get 2 15 minute breaks - go for a walk on both. Get 40 min lunch, walk outside for 40 minutes, eat at my desk. It can be done.

How is it going to help you if you stop what you are doing and pig out? Not at all, so why would you?
-
Weight loss is not linear, so averages don't work. You've lost about 22pounds over almost 7 weeks, so overall it's around 3 pounds a week - no problem at your weight, as long as you feel good and get the nutrition your body needs....

Last Sunday.....

You are not a computer that can be "programmed" against your will. You are a human being with a brain that can make choices and find something you like to eat..... stop being a victim and take responsibility for your own food choices.

Because you sell it maybe??

Weekdays, oatmeal, egg whites (fluffed up) and berries. Weekends - eggs & toast with avo (if I have some in the house) and/or bacon.

Why so mad?

Do not expect your weightloss to be linear - your body does not have a calendar. Some week's you will lose, some weeks you will stay the same and some weeks you will even gain. You just need to keep on doing what you are doing and have patience....
-
You are not counting calories and you are not weighing your food to make sure you are in a deficit. Eating healthy, cutting out junk and working out still don't mean you are eating less than you burn.... Do this and "it will work"....

Don't think a mild walk early in the morning can have any influence on sleep.....

Two weeks..... that's all.

Spinning bike - intervals...

Not unpopular, just not a good idea if you watch calories. The side effect of the meds is that it wears off suddenly, and if you have not eaten much all day, you end up being ravenous - which can lead to demolishing an entire big Mac with fries etc.... Not sure how many calories the OP has, but that would wipe out my…

You are quite capable of helping yourself - do not buy junk food and plan/prep your meals. I'm on ADD meds too - it happens, but tide the sudden hunger over with a protein shake while you cook dinner...Not eating much during the day means you can have a nice tasty dinner...
-
If you have too many "bad days" it can cancel out all the work you do on the good days.......

Couple of things - green tea has caffeine and makes me feel shaky if I drink too much of it or on an empty stomach- water is good too... Frosted flakes is not good if you have PCOS, banana and oatmeal too...Try to eat something higher in protein in the mornings, it will help with keeping your bloodsugar level too... You…
