Can you provide some more information? What are your stats? How long has it been since you lost weight? What is your calorie goal and how much are you eating? How are you measuring those calories?3

You are eating more than you think you are. Have you studied the wonderful flow chart that is posted nearly every day on threads like this? It has all the answers to this situation. <Time for someone to post the flowchart.>2

Thanks for the flow chart - very helpful. I log absolutely everything. No scale but many years of WW so I am good at portions. My calorie goal is 1440 and I am averaging 1200 or less. So also walking as much as I can - Fitbit tracking and doing spin class 1-2x week as well as body weight resisted exercise. It has been 4 weeks with a 5 pound lose in the first 3 weeks but nothing this week. Did get s new body weight scale since my old one would swing 20 pounds which cannot be accurate when weighing three trials.0

It's been a week....ONE WEEK! Your body does not work according to your calendar and weight loss is not linear. You lost 5 pounds in four weeks - I do not see a problem.....

You just need more realistic expectations. Weight loss isn't linear - even if you do everything perfect every day, some weeks you'll lose and some weeks you won't. You've lost 5 lbs in a month, that's kind of awesome.2

Then just be patient. Have you recently consumed more sodium or carbs than normal? Are you at or near TOM? Did you increase your exercise this week?
But you should be eating 1200 minimum, if not your goal.0
