Just Not Hungry, what to do?

I'm just not hungry. I have no desire to eat anything. What should I do? Do I force myself to eat? Do I still do my exercise? Do I just drink, as thats all I can seam to muster today. Any advice?

How long has you had no appetite? Are we talking just today or a longer period of time?

If it is only today, let go and don't eat. If it is every day, how did you get overweight then?

This is day 2 with no appetite. I'm not ill, at least I don't feel ill. I have my normal energy levels. Just the idea of eating is a turn off

What food options do you have available? Nothing is tempting? How long have you had no appetite? Are you ill? Are you overweight?

    Eventually you will get hungry.

Did you recently start a new style of eating? I personally found that my appetite disappeared when I first started keto a couple years back. I just enjoyed the extra calorie deficit then my appetite returned to normal quickly.

Nothing is tempting, even chocolate! lol This is day 2 with no appetite , I dont feel ill. And im very overweight. And working really hard to loose the weight.
This is maybe a normal thing but I've been a chronic overeater for many many years. Maybe my body is just getting used to eating like a normal person?

I think it's normal. Some days you'll be "starving" and some days you won't be hungry. Don't force yourself to eat unless you want.

I wouldn't force yourself unless you start feeling shakey, sick or dizzy. Listen to your body's signals.
