I hear ya! I have just found out about that I have a medical condition that makes working out/losing weight super difficult...as if it's not difficult without an injury or medical problem. I have decided that I'll still make it work. You can do it! It will be a test but you'll come out on top!

I am in between 5'5 and 5'6 and currently weigh 138. After having baby number two, I have been sitting at this weight since he was born 7 months ago. I'm having a hard time limiting my sugar intake...I'm addicted to sugar. I exercise frequently so I know my problem is my diet. Can't wait to be back below 130!

I am a mother of 2, ages 2 and 7 months. Once I start to eat unhealthy foods, I feel like I can't stop. If I don't start eating them, I do really well. I hate feeling like food gets the best of me and I am here to get my weight and food intake back on track.
