Anything will work as long as you stay within your calorie goal and a little exercise.

Hi, 110 lbs in 6 months is not impossible but it will be extremely difficult. You have to know that weight does not come off in a straight line. You may actually gain weight some weeks after doing nothing wrong. It happens. I haven't met anyone who has stayed on thier weight loss plan every day for 6 months. There will be…

I broke my ankle in six places. The main thing is to rotate the ankle as much as you can. This is going to hurt but if you don't you will limit your movement in that ankle for the rest of your life. Ask the doctor first!

Hello, 1. Keep track of the food you eat. Sounds easy but most people underestimate their calories by 50%. 2. Don't skip meals. The reason for this is simple, when you skip a meal you are hungrier longer. This will trigger something in your brain that will draw you to high calorie foods (cravings). If you can eat at…

Unless you an elite athlete, your heart rate should be above 60. I have bradycardia, it's a heart rate below 60 for non-athletes. My resting is 45 bpm. I always thought that was a good thing. It isn't for me. You may want to get it checked out.

I eat 1500 calories a day. I exercise 5 or six days a week, lift 3 days a week. I don't eat my exercise calories back. The staples of my plan are, Turkey, multi grain bread, fiber cereal, laughing cow cheese, yogurt and granola bars. My only criteria is Fiber, Protein and water. DO WHATEVER YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH AND…

I guess all the time. Life is to short to worry about counting every calorie. As long as I am within 100 calories of my daily limit, I'm ok with that!

Last night I bought a box of the little 90 calorie snicker icecream bars. I thought I could eat one a day as a treat. All 12 gone in an hour. Sometimes you win sometimes you give in, That's life.

I eat 1500 cals a day and I don't eat back my exercise calories. I lose about 4 lbs a week. Yes it is hard to have that much of a deficit.

Fill out your profile and you will get some friends. They won't take it seriously if you don't fill it out. GOOD LUCK

Be careful if you're doing a low calorie diet. It takes me a full week to work off one cheat day. Thats because I eat to few calories for my weight and my body wants to retain all the fat it can. I consume 1500 calories a day. With or without exercise. I started at 340lbs and I'm now at 246lbs but when I go off on a binge…

A lot of blood pressure meds can be diuretics. You answered your own question. Do you feel bloated, are retaining water?

I am a yo yo dieter and binge alot. I gave up diet soda for this weight loss and I've only binged 3 times since Jan 1. I don't know if it has to do with giving up diet soda or not. I don't know if I feel better without it. I do feel btter but that usually comes with losing weight.
-
Hi, yes it does since I average a loss of over 4lbs a week. That means I gained at least that much.

Hi I am at the 5 month mark, lost 94 lbs so far. I started at 340lbs so for me the weight came off because of my super obesity. Even after the 94lbs I'm still obese. I think it depends on how heavy you are to start with. My routine, 1500 calories a day, Treadmil 6 days a week at 3.7 MPH and a 7 degree incline for 1 hr.…

Did you work out, could be dehydrated? Your body fluctuates throughout the day. I agree that usually your low weight is in the morning but that doesn't mean that your scale is wrong.

Started on Jan 1st, I weigh in once a month. My weigh in is the 1st thats why the weight I give you will be more than my ticker. I lost 93lbs in 5 months. GOOD LUCK to all.

I did have high blood pressure before the weight loss started. Mine was around 150 over 100 on average. Its now about 120 over 70 give or take. I stopped taking the blood pressure meds a few month ago. I feel better without them, they would make me dizzy, off ballance and give me headaches. Good Luck
-
I weigh in a few times a month but officially at the 1st of every month.

Your body runs in cycles, some days it wants to hold on to the weight so if it thinks it doesn't get enough its going to call out for more. Good news is it also has a release time when you get full fairly easy and thats when the weight comes off, its releasing fat stores.

Hi Kirsty, here are a couple of tips 1. Keep track of the food you eat. Sounds easy but most people underestimate their calories by 50%. 2. Don't skip meals. The best motivation usually comes out of desperation. Thats why you see many people lose a lot of weight initially and then put it back on when they tell themselves, I don't look that bad anymore. Let the circle of life begin. Those who don't learn from their mistakes (ME) are doomed to repeat them.

I've had my gallbladder out. Don't do it unless you have to. My liver exzymes are always high now. For the first 3 months after the surgery I had to be right next to a bathroom. Trust me, be next to a bathroom when you eat after gallbladder surgery.
