  • I tend to eat what I like or that's just ok. I try and stay away from what I love, ex pizza, chocolate, chinese food. I will over eat and they are high in carbs, fat and salt.
  • Once you get close to your goal you tend to celebrate and lose focus. At least that has been my pattern. I am praying this time will be different.

  • I haven't slept more then 4 hours a night since the weight loss program started. Still losing.
  • If you like tea. Buy the tea bags you like and then put some stevia in it. This will satisfy your craving without bringing up your glucose.
  • You can do what you want. If you think you won't stick to a lower calorie diet then move it up a couple hundred calories. The main thing is to be able to sustain for as long as you need to. Then adjust and re-evaluate when needed.

  • I know the feeling, I've been great the first 5 months. This month and last I've binged about 8 or 9 times. After the binge you never want to work out. Hopefully we both can get out of the funk. Good Luck.
