You may be in fantastic shape to get that heart rate or it could be bradycardia (slow heart rate). If its bothering you, have it checked out by the doctor.

I have an omron at home. It did match up with the docs a while ago. I assume its still accurate. Just a note, the tea that I drink is caffeine free.

Yeah, just tea in general I don't think the flaovor matters. I don't even know if thats the case. I just know that I started it last week and my blood pressure dropped like 30 points on the upper end and 20 points on the bottom end.

I don't write anything down that I eat. I estimate the calories and put that down for the meal and snacks. Working so far.

I needed a good because I was well over 300 hundred, but you can get a treadmil at sears for under $500 that will suit your purpose. The treadmil is very boring but very effective. Good Luck

I lost 100 lbs on optifast, gained it all back. I also had to have my gallblader out because of that program. Not a good way to go.

Mine move in every 35 lbs or so. I can feel it and the next few days after that there is some really good weight loss.

Hi, I just did a cheat day, had approx. 6000 calories. It has been 4 days and in one of those days I fasted, 3 days worked out and now on the 5th day I just got back to where I started. BE CAREFUL

No, he's not going to get sick. He's close enough that it won't matter to much. He may get sick from what he's eating but not the calorie amount, (LOL). Good Luck

Spike day doesn't mean you don't exercise. Actually during that time you should probably exercise more. The spike day is just to rev up your metabolism. If I overeat I try to over exercise too.

Tanita is a good scale, I had mine for 8 years now and still going. I check it agains the docs scale and its accurate.

Hi, I take a multi vitamin with 100 % of vitamin D included, also take Flaxseed oil and Q10 for my heart. I think it keep's me a little more energized and healthy. I'm also 47 so the flaxseed and Q10 are for my heart.

I know this is not the norm but I would put you on a 1500 calorie diet, lot of fiber and protein and vitamins. Work out 5 days a week for at least 45 minutes. Progress at your own pace, you don't have to go over the 45 minutes just ramp it up more and more until you are satisfied. Don't eat back your exercise calories and…

You can change your goals by going to the home page, then click on goals and customize what you want. I am 340 lbs and I eat 1500 cals a day and I don't eat my exercise cals back. It's working for me so far. Hope it works for you.

I THINK YOU'LL BE FINE EATING THE 2000 CALS A DAY. I STARTED ON MY DIET AND ONLY EAT 1500 CALS A DAY AND I DON'T EAT MY EXERCISE CALS BACK. YOU SHOULD BE OK
