Ate horribly yesterday but got on the scale this morning and weighed the same as yesterday...good I didn't gain, bad I didn't refrain so that would have been pounds off...Bought a punching bag for the basement. Can't wait to get that started!! :smile:

Yeah....looking to fit into the summer dresses in my closet. The weight loss is different this time than 3 years ago (lost 25, kept 10-ish off). No change is the scale but it looks different...I am trying to read "Strong Women Stay Thin" to set up a weight program to go with my C25K and other cardio. Something has to work...:smile:

I was without a car after Saturday. I woke up Sunday morning maintaining (better than gaining!) then did well - yard work, two meals, a brisk walk (to the liquor store...). Check out Nerd Fitness - they advocate non-gym workouts. One of the things they suggest is milk jugs that you fill with different amounts of water to act as weights. As you can tolerate more you add more water into the jug. They have exercises you can do at a playground also. Excellent source of ideas.
