it's so hard! I hit 40 lbs lost, and sort of congratulated myself and stopped tracking as strictly as I was - even though I still had 20 lbs to go!! Now, a month later I'm up 10 lbs...give me an inch and I will take a mile!! working to get myself back on a strict regimen.
