I started by jumping on the treadmill. I still haven't started outside but just push yourself a little more everyday. You will get better and better at it and begin running for longer periods. My goal everyday is to run a mile faster than I did the day before and also see how long I can run at 5.5 mph for. OH AND..…

I like to strength train and do cardio so that I can eat more and still lose weight. I love food. Plus after I have lost enough weight to no longer be obese I will still have some muscle to start building on. I want to be toned not "skinny fat" when I reach my goal.

Since I started realizing calories and what is associated with everything I eat and drink... BUD SELECT 55! OH YEAH! :drinker: But I prefer to drink Knob Creek old fashioneds and Bombay Saphire gibsons. :love:
