I get "Is that on your diet?" about everything that I eat. Be it an apple or a piece of cake. I always just say yes. Then I inform them that I lost another 2 lbs this week and walk away. I love cake.

I use the smith machine for the squat rack built in. If it wasn't for the machine I wouldn't be able to do my squats. :bigsmile:
