before stepping on the floor everymorning stretch your feet up and down and side to side for a few min. that has helped me I do it everymorning and my feet r not perfect but they do feel a lot better and if during the day they hurt I stop and stretch hope this helps also I bought a pair of orthotics from Tender Tootsies…

I'm the same way weekends are tough but I figure if I can do good during the week I'm not going to worry about the week ends anymore

you can buy weight watchers snacks at very little calories they have cookies, little cakes , brownies etc. the list goes on, also thin bagels at 100 calories their good too with a little peanut butter you can add me as a mentor the more we have the easier it is to stay on track good luck
