  • I'm not sure about needing, but I sure do feel hungrier...and usually for the "bad" stuff like desserts! I try to give myself a little more leeway during TOM and just throw in a bit more cardio when I have the time.

  • I also put mine just under my boobs, but under my sports bra strap. I have found this helps it to stay in place as my strap tends to loosen a bit as I work out.
