I over ate last night :sad: and for me its stress, lack of sleep , and been working out like crazy so now i know i have too take a break and give myself days off ....:flowerforyou:

Welcome leah ! for me i work out 5 to 6 days a week and i take 2 days off a week to rest , my body needs the break and so does my mind. For me i love having days off of being lazy ! lol :tongue: but everyone is different and do what works for you !

To me the bacon sundae seems gross I wouldn't try it , thats just me... But about fast food making people fat , you know what its The Person making them selfs fat, if you choose not to eat healthy and eat nothing but junk food well then your gonna be fat ..:indifferent:

Yes I have seen hungry girl and use some of her recipes, I tried one last night with dinner it was carrot french frys ;-) and they were really good.. :smile:

I some times do I've also heard some people add cucumbers to there water , then i read on Dr. oz adding cucumbers to your water works to shed water weight but i havent tried it yet ...:happy:

Yep ! I am , I'm kinda finding it hard to stick too, even more so when i work out I did better yesterday with it and haven't gone that much over with !!! Im glad tho see Im not the only one who finds 1200 calories hard to do !!! lol:tongue:
