No added sugars but still has 9 grams of sugar per serving in the plain. I suppose that is because it is made from milk which has lactose.

Well according to the replies I can't really overdo it with the stevia, but I did notice the costco purevia has dextrose which is a sugar and could potentially increase cravings...:sad: btw, my husband loves xylitol as it is recommended by the belly fat cure diet.

Yes thats what I do too, but should I be concerned that the plain still has 8 grams of sugar in a cup? I suppose its from the milk having its own natural sugar... For snack I do 1 Cup berries and 1 Cup Plain 0% Fage and sweeten with stevia, but at the end of the day when my sugar grams went over it was from the yogurt and…
