I have a 360 but not kinect : / yeah I'm skeptical about the wii because my tv has a hard enough time finding me when I'm sitting on the couch let alone dancing around haha. What are the names of the DVD's you have?

That's awesome! What's everyone's suggestions for a Zumba DVD or video game? I'm thinking I will still want to Zumba even on days that I'm busy during the class time.

http://www.zumbacalories.com/ is a site I have been referred to often on here, but I'm not exactly sure of the accuracy. I tend to round down a little bit. But either way you burn a lot!

Thanks everyone for the posts! When i said i would start again tomorrow i meant i would start the gym again tomorrow because the gym will be closed by the time i get off work today :) ive been eating healthy all day so far again though!

I'm 5'7 and am currently at 171. I started out on christmas at 182 (my heaviest weight ever). The smallest I've been is 150. My goal is to reach 130 and stay there, hopefully by July if I really push myself. Also for reference I'm a 21 y.o female :)

Hey thanks for that website! It looks like it has lots of helpful info. Great job so far on the weight loss! Anyone have tips on yoga? I did it twice a week for a year and saw no results, but I wasn't doing it that often. Anyone see results from doing yoga often?

I'm definitely a big chocolate person and an almond milk person so I was thinking of getting a chocolate flavor to mix with unsweetened almond milk. Thanks everyone so far for the replies! @morklemama, that link has some awesome tips, thank you for posting! Will definitely be doing those arms and legs workouts that are posted there. So does anyone have recommendations for protein powders if I start weight training? I have no clue where to start there either :)

I'm in a similar boat. In high school I was 5'6 and about 145 or 150. Now I'm 21 and I'm 173 (down from 182 since christmas). It's nice hearing about someone who is in the same boat! I don't have much advice to offer now since I only started a month ago but will post as I go
