I explained to my roommate what I'm going through diet/fitness-wise, and he's pretty supportive of it. He pokes fun of me when I look at labels grocery shopping, but that's about it. Most of my other friends really don't notice

Calcium/Vitamin D--I don't "feel" any difference, but I know I don't get enough in my diet, and my bones need it! Fish Oil--My hair and nails are stronger Iron--Again, I don't get enough in my diet, but it takes a lot more for me to bruise now!

I know exactly what you mean..but then I remember how much weight I've lost so far, and how much healthier I feel and I realize it's just nonsense.

My mom tried to pawn off a couple of boxes on me, and I ended up giving them all to my roommate who's struggling to GAIN weight. My favorite were Samoas..but 170 cals for TWO?! Yikes.

I have zero issues on my knees and when I started 30DS it was pretty rough on them; It DOES get better as you level up/gain strength, but there is A LOT of jumping

I live in WI...so no ocean here! But I did see the Florida coast about 5 years ago. Definitely plan on seeing the west/east/gulf coast throughout the rest of my life

I am strongly for underwear while working out! I may have been guilty in high school of telling the wrestling team which members of my cheer squad didn't wear underwear so they could give them hell...it's just nasty.

Not a parent, but when I was fairly young my mom worked very late shifts, and I always missed her. (Dad was still there, but I missed having both together). When I was about eight my mom left her job to stay at home, but she became really unhappy/bored. She finally found a balance in her current job where she works normal…

I enjoy regular old bacon in moderation. The oscar mayer ready-serve bacon bits are only 25 calories per Tbs serving, and i love adding them to salads, eggs, etc.

80 Cals per 1/2 cup serving for the instant kind! I put it in those mini keebler graham cracker crusts for a special treat every once in a while!

I do this all of the time! But I try to eat at least toast or some fruit and waiting at least an hour before i eat my "actual lunch"
