For people who have done body wraps, what was your experience with them? Were they beneficial? I found a recipe for one but I am not sure if I should do it. This is the recipe I found:

I have heard that they pull out toxins, help pull out water weight, and help tighten/condition skin.

    Green Clay:
Illite, most commonly known as French green clay, is a type of mineral clay valued for its highly absorbent properties. Illite is a bio-mineral, composed of both decomposed plant material and trace minerals such as calcium, aluminum, magnesium, silica, phosphorous, copper and zinc. Alternative medicine practitioners believe this composition makes French green clay particularly beneficial as a therapeutic treatment for a variety of health concerns, and it is one of the most popular clays used in Pelotherapy.

    Alfalfa leaf powder
Alfalfa leaves contain chlorophyll and Vitamin A. These ingredients added to an herbal body wrap recipe act as microbial agents and skin soothers. It reduces infections and heals dry skin.

    Chamomile oil
Chamomile oil is great for an herbal body wrap recipe because as you enjoy your hour of relaxation and let the vitamins soak into your skin, the chamomile soothes your nervous system. The smell alone helps release nervous tension and helps decrease headaches.

    Lemongrass oil
Lemongrass oil also works with chamomile oil in a good herbal body wrap recipe to clean the skin and prevent any infections. It contains antimicrobial agents and soothes aching muscles.

    Olive oil
Olive oil is an essential ingredient in any herbal body wrap recipe. It is a classic home remedy for burst pimples because it helps prevent scarring, even for bacne (acne on your back). It also softens the skin.
