Oooh, I didn't know there was one going. Are you counting both stationery bike and road bike? How do I get a ticker? So many questions lol

8.5 miles done on tracks round a local park this morning. Not a huge amount but every little helps :-) I could never do BMX. I'm not even any good at mountain biking. I was saying to one of the ride leaders this morning that I think it's because I didn't learn to ride a bike until I was in my 20s. I didn't learn all the…

Use Google Chrome and AdBlock. Unless you want to know about girls in your area that want to get nasty that is ;-)

Just started cycling semi-seriously here. It's a bit difficult to fit much in until the nights get lighter here (South Coast of the UK). We also have to try to work it around earning a living and making sure the dog gets decent long walks. Anyway, I know compared with some of you it's nothing, but we've done 12 miles the…

Congratulations on the baby :-)

Thanks :-) It's not something I'll do every day but I had to do something and was going to struggle to get what I needed via food. I'm glad to hear you did so well on Dukan. I'm enjoying it and have lost 11lbs in the month since I started back on it (the first time got interrupted by a skiing holiday where it proved…

Well done Gem! I'm feeling a bit miffed this morning. Ok so I was a bit naughty on Saturday. We had a curry. The meat was ok as I had tandoori chicken, which should have been very Dukan. I had to have something to go with it so I did lapse and have tarka dhall (lentils), which I know are wrong on Cruise but I reckoned was…

Hello Gemma, Beth Lab (our beautiful black lab) says hello to JakBuddy :-) . They're really good for getting you out and about aren't they? Lovely beach picture. We're not far from the beach either, on the South Coast of England. I've just come on to say 'whoooohoooo'. 5lbs down since Monday on the attack phase and I'm…

Walked 4 1/2 miles according to my Fitbit. It wasn't an easy walk either as we've had so much rain here for so many months that it was very boggy. I was wading through mud but Beth (Labrador) absolutely loved it and had a brilliant time bog snorkelling and generally being a loon lol. The book says only to do 20 minutes of…

Hope you feel better soon :-( I need to take my car to be serviced and am taking the dog with me as I'll be walking back. It's round the back of the golf course and we've not walked it for months as it's all been underwater around here. Fingers crossed it's clear otherwise what should be a 3-4 mile walk could end up being…

Hello, another newbie here. I started attack on Monday and am scheduled for 5 days of it. Should I really only do 5 days? We're off skiing at the end of next week and part of me would really like to stay on it for 10 days in the hope that my ski pants aren't quite so snug lol. I'm down 3lbs since Monday :-) Sarah

Oh, and I had 1 1/2 litres of Highland Spring, 2 mugs of tea and one of coffee (the milk for the tea and coffee was the Kara coconut milk)

Hi Deb, I've just done Week 1 Day 1 this morning and it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I'd expected. I've never, ever run, even as a youngster but, like you, I've heard of people who have been similar who have done brilliantly using this programme. If it can work for them it can work for me! I think meeting up might be a…
