My maths is appalling so sorry for asking this. I'm doing 5:2 so the advice is to eat to TDEE on the 5 days. I'm 5ft 7 and weigh 14st 6 (202lb). I've worked it out at 2000 calories per day. Does that sound right as it seems like a lot? TIA
