I hated level 2 so I will just say all of level was my least favorite. I love all of level 3. I look forward to doing it everyday and might keep doing it later. I love the dumbbell cleans and the jumping jacks with weights.

i use the Addidas Mi Coach Armband. I bought it for my mom and she didn't need it. I wasn't a fan at first but been using it for 4 months no complaints. I do wish it was water proof but I don't usually run in the rain and if I do I wear it under my rain coat.

i also don't have a HRM but I feel its pretty accurate as long as you update your profile every couple of pounds. It's always less than MFP and I usually edit my calories on here to go by Nike

You can absolutly do it. You have to really want it. Just take it slow and you can do it.

I tried it about 5 years ago. I lost 20 pounds in the ten days but I gained them back right after and another 35. I would never do it again.

Thanks this actually did help. Today is my last day of level 2 and I have every intention of following Natalie. I have seen a difference but not a huge one yet. I'm just going to push though and finish.

I always do Cardio, or run before I eat. I've thrown up before during a run from eating right before. I also feel like I have more energy when I do so.

you look great. I'm technically day 19. I keep getting unmotivated not because of laziness because I hate Level 2. Even just following Anita from Level 1 to Level 2 it's a crazy jump in ability. While yes I'm stronger I feel like I should have done Level one again first following Natalie.

I'm level 2 just did day 2 this morning. I was okay during level 1 but level 2 is killing me. I'm doin a combo and following Anita and Natalie for some moves. I can usually keep up with Natalie but the planking! Omg. It kills me. I'm so tired and scared I level 3.
