I lost about 20 pounds last year with IIFYM. I got lazy after summer and gained some weight back and now am back at it already down another 10 pounds. I was still lifting while being lazy even joined crossfit for a bit. I like lifting heavy and doing some cool down cardio, mostly running. I'm hoping to lost a little bit…

I actually have been using it for a month. I mix it with Shea butter. I've noticed a huge difference in my stretch marks and loose skin.

I was actually thinking about this recently. I fell last week and thought instantly if I was knocked unconscious no one would know who I was. I now run with a running wallet on my wrist with my id in it.

I have the adidas Mi coach armband. Been using it since December. I do love it but as I get smaller it not tight enough. I think maybe because I don't out it on my bare arm it doesn't fit right but I still love it.

I drop every 20-15 pounds.

bake em takes away a lot of calories and if I remember correctly I used I can't believe it's not butter frozen wings and franks that was zero calories. It was pretty good and not bad on the waist.

I use an app called Nike+GPS for iPhone. I love it. It had a 5k program on it I trid to follow but mostly I just ran even if it was only a block. I kept going until today I can do 6+ miles.

In NYC most public schools do have uniforms now whether the parents choose to buy them or the staff enforces kids to wear them is a different story

I'm passed the halfway mark here. I have about 28 pounds to go was trying to lose 73.

I'm 5'7" and want to be between 135 and 150 big gap, but I was aiming for 140 but I can fit most of my old skinny clothes that I wore at 150 now at 168 so I'm thinking in 18 pounds I may be happy or I may need to tone some places.

Did it in 35 days lost 10.6 lbs and 17.5 inches over all. I'm going to restart it on the 30th.

I was losing about 8 to 9 pounds a month. Last month I lost 10 this month will probably be about 6.

I only drink Seltzer and coffee I don't log water since it has its own thing. I put the coffee with breakfast or lunch if I drink more than two cups, e.i. Wednesdays, I add more to the entry in breakfast or lunch. I always put seltzer with a meal I usually don't put them as snack cause I don't drink calories as snack.
