Shred Schedule Question

So I just finished the shred last week and was planning on starting it again in May because of my great results. I read on here that somewhere Jillian Michaels said you aren't supposed to do it everyday more like two days of shred, then a cardio day then two more days of shred then a rest day. Calculating this if I start on April 30th, I wouldn't be finished until June 19th and it would be more like the 8 week shred! anyway I was thinking of trying this out for the next time I do it. Anyone tried the shred this way or anyone interested in trying it this way with me for May?

    I've been doing it about 3 days a week, I've got 6 days left now but would be happy to start again with you in May

    I just finished day 20 today! I have had to add a couple of days rest each week. I could totally feel it in my knees. I also do cardio on days I do the shred. Not sure if that is ok or not, but that is what I do! I was thinking of starting over once I'm finished. I start level 3 tomorrow or wednesday!

    Ok I'm starting my Shred tomorrow, I was planning on just doing it every day...? Is it better to do it like two days and then skip a day?
