I just read in woman's health star way from splenda and sugar and use stevia.

I'm thinking about bread and sugar. It will be tough but I gave up fast food and mayo and drinks with calories 3 months ago. I think I can do this.

Hi. I haven't tried it myself but I have a lot of friends who did and love it. I currently use Nike+app on my iPhone which has a 5k program in it but it's not for walkers unfortunately.

I usually eat the sandwich thins the multigrain ones about 100 calories for two slices or whole grain white bread by Bimbo that's about 130 for two slices.

I went from barely squeezing in my clothes to now having to get rid of all of them and getting my 'skinny' clothes out of storage. I have pants from high school and college in storage and I haven't worn them in almost 7 years.

I have the opposite. I've been sick a couple days now with a sore throat and cough and I've lost my appetite all together. I barely eat but I still feel energetic enough to workout. I know I should take a day off but I literally can't keep still but I find I'm forcing myself to eat just to have calories.

I hate the mirror. It's evil but lately, I've been digging it. I used it to see if I see any changes in my body over the course of a week. I also use to see how my clothes are fitting better. I know in a couple months, I'll love it but I still have a love/hate relationship. The more you lose the more you like the mirror.
