Thanks for all the replies. I would love to get lunch breaks, unfortunately I work in a busy ER and don't get breaks ( we just grab food when we can, I love sandwichs, salads:) I only work 3 days a week, so I am able to schedule my workouts around them, although I will have to bump up my workouts soon! Thanks again!

I think it is pretty normal to go through phases like this. You are a busy lady! You go to work, school, workout! I am fairly new, ok 2nd post,lol! I am a nurse so I am on the run for 12 hours, and I want to give myself some credit for this under exercise, but how? It isn't like a hard workout, that I can say I did for 30 minutes. Do any of you chart this and what is the best way to do so? Thanks so much!
