30 Day shred - Joined Jillian Michaels site and was interesting to see that the amount of calories burned according to her is a lot higher than what I've been logging it. I'll keep it as is currently because I am not quite doing it as 100% as they are. Still good to see though!

Before you know it you'll absolutely love it! It is really a great workout. Keep going, try to add just 30 seconds or a minute every day on what you did the day before. It changes your body so quickly, you'll be sailing through it before long! Good luck!

I really get the limitation that some people do, they simply want to be really supportive to their circle of friends. Sucks a bit that you can't subscribe to the feed, I don't really get that one. Breakfast around 7.30 and trying to eat every 3 hours as I've been advised this will help my metabolism. I try to keep a reasonable amount of calories left for dinner time, during the day I never know where I'll be so tend to take some low calorie snacks with me.

Another tool in my pocket to not go back to yo yo dieting, I spend a lot of days on 300 - 400 calories before. And off course gained all the weight back again and again. Thanks for the info, it makes me more determined to do this the healthy and correct way!

I did the first week, then not for a few days but back into it now, tomorrow will be my 7th day running. So worth doing, please don't give up! Also, I am staying at level 1 for now, I'll move up when I am either totally fed up with it or when I can do it all like Natalie! :-))
