I am far simplier then most of you. I eat this every day. About 2/3 red wine vinegar (the cheap stuff stuff from walmart) and 1/3 extra virgin olive oil (the stuff from aldis) I pre mix it and store it in the cabinet. Although I will say the spicy mustard one sounds intersting. I am spicy guy for sure!

I am at 142. I dont have the fancy phone so I know eventually I will be home away from my home computer and lose my streak. I have heard of some people over the year also.
