Special K cereal bars come in at around 90 -95 calories , and the slimming world ones are low too , handy to keep in your bag in case you get the munchies. I used to enjoy a subway as Treat if I went into the town, but I was told they contained alot of salt, and also Ive stopped eating bread since I started with MFP so ive stayed clear of Subway , I do miss them but the bread always makes me feel bloated afterwards , maybe one day I will have one again :-)

Thats why mines private, because it then doesnt make me feel i can hide anything. Im doing well with it but have the same fear if I make it public will I be as good at entering everything into it. Ive decided to wait until im further down the line before i think about it anymore :-)

I agree those little diet scales are fab, its amazing how portions estimated can make a difference. Do you drink lots of water? I always find that helps alot :-)

Id say yes, I log all walking outside , ive just come back from walking around the town and ive logged all that . Id say if you are outside in the fresh air log it :-)

Just start at the beginning...log everything you eat and drink , you will soon see where changes need to be made. its really easy to follow and the results will spur you on to keep going. Give it a try, dont make any commitments yet other than to try today, then when youve done that , try tomorrow. You can do it ..........

I appear to have lost most from my waist, but this week noticed a difference in my hip measurements. However the weirdest thing ive noticed is ive lost weight from my feet...... my shoes are getting too big, and one pair ive had to fasten on a tighter hole. My butt however seems the same :-( but i live in hope
