Hi, I've from a little village near Grimsby. Had a baby 5 months ago and managed to shift some of the weight, but now I really need to work harder to get the rest of it off and then keep it off. Oh, and I've set my smoking quit date for next week so got to try not to comfort eat. Nice to chat to you all
